Pricing
ePegboard is free to use during our pilot period. We haven't set pricing tiers yet, because we'd rather learn what's valuable from the clubs running real sessions first.
Our commitments
When we do introduce pricing, we commit to two things:
- At least 60 days' written notice to every club before any change takes effect.
- A free plan that covers your kiosk club-night workflow — signing in, running a session, checking people in, prepping and picking games, scoring, payments, ratings.
We intend the free plan to stay free for clubs within fair-use limits (e.g. member count) that we'll set based on what the pilot shows us is reasonable. Paid tiers may layer on things like unlimited history, reports, export, branding, and larger capacity, but the core of running a club night within fair-use won't disappear behind a paywall.
We're being deliberately honest about limits: we're not promising "unlimited free forever" (that's a promise we wouldn't want to break), and we're not promising free access at tournament / league scale. What we're committing to is a genuinely usable free floor for everyday clubs, and honest notice before anything changes.
Existing Windows Pegboard clubs
If you're moving across from Windows Pegboard, we're honouring the remainder of your existing licence: while it runs you get full access on ePegboard at no extra cost. When your licence period ends you'll move onto whatever standard plan is live at that point — with at least 60 days' notice before any change, same as every other club.
